The Amsterdam crew were in Dublin today.
Large and in charge, and direct from London. None of us live in the land below the sea anymore. But we’ll always be Amsterdam.
We had a wander through Trinity College, after our breakfast in Gallaghers – which was served by a fierce, efficient, compact young man. The strut on him.
Then out to the wilds of Wicklow where we had a cliff walk in the rain – from Greystones to Bray.
Scenic and wintry.
Back to town.
Dinner followed by a bar.
I’d be more descriptive.
But I’m falling asleep.
And my tour guide duties continue in the morn.
A host’s duties are eternal.
